1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT OWNERSHIP

Cravepede operates as a premier curator and amplifier of spiritual wisdom. Our content ecosystem is built on two distinct pillars of intellectual property:

• Original Sources: The underlying sermons, quotes, and literature from which we draw inspiration belong entirely to their respective original owners, preachers, and authors. We honor and respect the divine wisdom shared by these leaders.
• Cravepede Productions: Cravepede holds the exclusive rights to the specific edited speeches, audio engineering, visual production, and creative arrangements presented on this platform. These are proprietary works of art designed for the movement.

2. THE CRAVEPEDE LOGO TRADEMARK

The Cravepede logo—the official emblem of the Cravepede brand—is a registered trademark. It represents our commitment to excellence and unshakeable faith. Any unauthorized use, replication, modification, or distribution of the Cravepede logo is strictly prohibited and protected under international trademark law.

3. NO COMMERCIAL DISTRIBUTION PROTOCOL

Our media, including videos, speeches, and Academy modules, is provided exclusively for personal inspiration and community support. You are strictly forbidden from selling, licensing, or otherwise distributing Cravepede-branded content for commercial gain. You may not use our media in any paid advertising, commercial broadcasts, or subscription-based services without express written consent.

4. THE "GOSPEL IS FREE" DOCTRINE

We believe the ultimate price for your spiritual freedom and growth was paid by Jesus Christ. Therefore, we do not sell the Gospel. All core services, Academy modules, tactical study guides, and media content on the Cravepede platform are provided at no cost.

Fees associated with our mobile applications are strictly for premium technical utilities (e.g., background play, ad-free interface, offline download capabilities) and do not represent a sale of the spiritual content itself.

5. SUPPORT THROUGH SHARING & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

We encourage our community to support the movement by sharing our content, engaging with us on social media, and participating in our Academy courses. Your active involvement helps us grow and reach more souls with the life-changing message of Christ.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The content provided by Cravepede is for motivational and spiritual guidance only. We are not responsible for any personal or professional decisions made based on our media content. Every individual is responsible for their own path and interpretation of the wisdom shared.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform or our trademarked assets will be handled within the jurisdiction of our global headquarters in Kampala, Uganda.
